Process This!

The second we found out that we were expecting a baby our one-bedroom apartment became infinitely smaller.  So a few weeks ago we decided it was time to buy a house.  This only happened after realizing that we spend more in rent than we would a mortgage payment so … what the heck lets buy a house.   After looking at 6 houses we’ve decided on the second one we saw.  Its a small three bedroom, two bath home with a nice yard, garage and dry basement (something that’s hard to come by in Wheeling, WV) and the price was right.  We made an offer last night of $60,000 which the seller has accepted.  So hopefully by Thanksgiving we will be in our new home.
